Wedding MC Service

On the night, I will be the point of contact for your venue, catering staff/food service, photographers, speakers etc. to ensure everything is happening at the right time in the right way.

I will ensure everything runs to schedule and will facilitate the cake cutting, speeches, games, the first dance and the bouquet throw etc.

In the lead up to your event we will have a meeting and unlimited correspondence to work out the timings, the tone of the reception and ensure we are able to bring your vision to life.

Whether you’re organising an EOY/Christmas party, conference, awards night, fundraiser, brand activation or something else, I will ensure your event runs smoothly whilst maintaining an energy level that keeps attendees focused and engaged.

I have a Diploma of Event Management so along with my event host experience I also have strong management and coordination skills and ensure your event follows your run sheet and your brief.

I work with you and your team to create a plan to capture the essence of your brand and translate it into a captivating script/guide tailored to your specific needs.

Can you work with a script?

Yes, I can work with a provided script or will create one that suits the tone and nature of your event.

What’s the process?

We will start with a consultation to understand your needs, followed by a detailed review of the event schedule, and continuous communication up to the event day.

What types of events can you MC?

I can MC a range of events from weddings, fundraisers, conferences, awards nights, trivia nights, fun runs and more. Once you get in contact we can decide whether my services would be a perfect fit for your needs.

Do you provide your own audio equipment?

I will provide a wireless microphone and can either connect into a venue’s sound system or provide my own.

How long before the start of the event will you arrive?

I will arrive a minimum of 1 hour prior to the start of your event to ensure I have enough time to set up, soundcheck and speak to you, your venue and other stakeholders and suppliers involved in the event.

What do you usually wear?

To ensure I blend perfectly into your event, I will always ask the dress code. I’m happy to dress to a theme or whatever dress code you have.

Do you require a deposit to book in our date?

I require a minimum 30% deposit to secure your booking. Once you receive the invoice you’ll have 7 days where the date will be reserved.
